2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Promotional, discounted, or final-sale items (unless defective)

Please note that digital products, gift cards, and subscription renewals are non-refundable.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

  • Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds for subscription renewals are only available if the request is made before the next shipment has been processed.


7. Shipping Your Return

To complete a return:

  2. Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging.

  3. Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the box.

  4. Ship via a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:
